Microsoft user group

Sorry for this post but can anyone direct me to Windows XP
Home edition user group ? I Think I locked myself out of
my computer unless Installing SP2 messed me up which is
not installed at all......

Users group or newsgroup?
For newsgroups, try:
microsoft.public.windowsxp.help_and_support
